Mr. Herman Mulder is Co-Founder and Chair of SDG Netherlands, and Co-Founder and Chair of True Price and Impact Economy Foundation. In addition, he currently serves as, inter alia, Advisory Board Member of Social Finance NL, Advisory Board Member of TEEB; and Ambassador of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). Previously, Mulder was, inter alia, an independent member of the Dutch National Contact Point for the OECD MNE Guidelines (2007-2016); Board Member and Chair of the Global Reporting Initiative (2006-2014); and Director-General and Co-Head of Group Risk Management at ABN AMRO Bank (1998-2006). He was mentioned among “the 100 most influential people in finance” by the US Treasury and Risk Magazine (July 2007). He has received recognition as Knight in the Order of Oranje-Nassau (in 2005) and was promoted to Officer in 2017.Schouten is co-host and sustainability expert on the radio program BNR Koplopers. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of ASN Bank, TNO and the VNCI.

Mr. Jan Truijens Martinez currently holds the position of Senior Associate at Stibbe, where he specializes in EU Law, Competition and Regulation, focusing on complex merger control cases. In addition, Jan is part of Stibbe’s Digital Economy Group that analyzes the legal impact of new business model and technological innovations. Besides being an attorney, Truijens Martinez is a producer of the Foyer nights of the National Opera and Ballet that aims at making Opera accessible for a younger audience. He holds a Masters’ in International Law (2012) and Literary Studies (2010) from the University of Amsterdam. And he is an alumnus of the Amsterdam Global Shapers of the World Economic Forum.

Adrian is the CEO and Co-founder of Impact Institute. He is also the Co-Founder of True Price, the Co-Initiator and board member of the Impact Economy Foundation, and the Director of True Price Foundation. Adrian holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, cum laude, and has served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Utrecht University since 2022. He was recognised as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and as one of the top-20 of most influential people in sustainability by the Dutch newspaper Trouw.
Lidwin van Velden is CEO of NWB Bank since April 2018. From 2010 until 2018 she has been Chief Finance & Risk Officer of NWB Bank. She is also member of the Supervisory Board of Pharm Access Group, member of the Supervisory board of Achmea Algemeen Pensioenfonds Foundation and chair of the Working Group Biodiversity that is part of the Sustainable Finance Platform of the Dutch Central Bank.
Before joining NWB Bank, Lidwin held various (managerial) positions at the Dutch Central Bank. She started her career as a Lecturer/Researcher at the University of Amsterdam at which in 1987 she graduated in Economic Science.

Prof. Dr. Dirk Schoenmaker currently holds the position of Professor of Banking and Finance at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Prior to joining academia, Schoenmaker worked at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Dutch Ministry of Finance. He also holds various positions including non-Resident Fellow at the Brussels-based think tank Bruegel and Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Research (CEPR).
Jolande Sap is currently at the Board of the Dutch Emission Authority (NEA) and SAAT Triodos. She is also non-executive director at Renewi and supervisory board member at KPN, KPMG and Arkin. In addition she is chairing the Smoke free table of the Dutch National Prevention Agreement and is active at Fairfood, the Springtij Forum and the Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week.
Between 2008 and 2012, Jolande represented the Dutch Green Party, GroenLinks, in the lower house of the Dutch parliament, leading the party from 2010. Before that she worked as an economist in the fields of science, policy and business. She was a.o. head of the Incomes Policy department at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, and director of the LEEFtijd center of expertise, a consultancy for sustainable employment issues.
Michel Scholte is co-founder of True Price since 2012, and Impact Institute since 2018. The two social enterprises employ ~ 85+ FTE. Finally, he is founding board member of the Impact Economy Foundation.

In January 2021, Michel was elected Minister of the New Economy by the members of MVO Nederland. He is a sought-after keynote speaker and writer on impact economic, True Pricing. Amongst other things, he has started CSRD ACADEMY, CSRD HUB and CSRD DAY, to accelerate the adoption of European sustainability reporting regulation.

Michel holds various advisory positions in the field of impact measurement and impact valuation, including Advisory Board of the Food Transition Advisory Council of Dutch retailer Albert Heijn, Impact investment find Seven Gen, Ambassador to the honours programme of the MBA of University of Amsterdam, alumni Ambassador to the VU University of Amsterdam. And he is former steering board member of the Netherlands Food Partnership. He holds an MSc in Sociology from VU University Amsterdam, and specialised in social research, agent-based modelling and living wages.

Koen Eising is CSR manager of net operator Alliander in the Netherlands.
Werner Schouten is the director of the Impact Economy Foundation. From 2019 to 2021, Schoutenwas chairman of the Youth Climate Movement. In that position, he represented the interests of more than 100,000 young people, students and young professionals at the tables of the Climate Agreement and in the establishment of the coalition agreement. In 2020 he became number 1 in the Trouw Sustainable 100.
Schouten is co-host and sustainability expert on the radio program BNR Koplopers. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of ASN Bank, TNO and the VNCI.

Mr. Jan Peter Balkenende currently holds the position of External Senior Advisor at Ernest & Young. Previously, Balkenende served as the Prime Minister of the Netherlands and a Member of Parliament.
Balkenende currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board for ING and is a Professor of Governance, Institutions and Internationalization at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Ms. Corien Wortmann-Kool is the Chairman of the Board of ABP Pensionfund. She recently joined the Ministers of Finance of France, Germany and the Netherlands and holds the position of the Co-Chair High Level Expert Group Capitals Markets Union. She is also Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aegon NV, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kadaster and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Save the Children Netherlands. Previously, Wortmann-Kool was Vice-President on Financial, Economic and Environmental affairs and Member of the European Parliament for the European People’s Party Group. She was also a Member of the Transport Committee, the Committee on Gender Equality and a Menmber of the Delegation to the US.
Prof. Dr. Alexander Rinnooy Kan currently holds the position of Professor of Economics and Business at the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, Rinnooy Kan served as a Member of the Senate in the Netherlands
Rinnooy Kan also holds / has held various prominent positions including President of the Supervisory Board of EYE Film Institute Netherlands, a crown-appointed member and Chairman of the Social Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER), and a member of the Executive Board of ING.
Prof. Dr. Herman Wijffels is a Dutch economist who held the position of professor in Sustainability and Societal Change at the Utrecht Sustainability Institute of Utrecht University.

Additionally, Wijffels has held various prominent positions including Chairman of the Executive Board of Rabobank Nederland, Chairman of the Social Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER), and from 2006 to 2008 he was the Dutch representative at the World Bank. In addition, he is Co-Chairman of Worldconnectors, Chairman and Co-Founder of the Sustainable Finance Lab.

Mervyn King is currently a professor at the Wits Business School at the University of the Witwatersrand. He is Chair Emeritus of the Value Reporting Foundation, Chair Emeritus of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) in London and of the Global Reporting Initiative in Amsterdam and a member of the Private Sector Advisory Group to the World Bank on Corporate Governance. He chaired the United Nations Committee of Eminent persons on Governance and Oversight and was President of the Advertising Standards Authority for 15 years and a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration in Paris for seven years. He is chair of the African Integrated Reporting Council and chair of the Integrated Reporting Committee of South Africa.

Prof. Dr. Baarsma is CEO of the Rabo Carbon Bank.
Dr. Stephen Young currenly holds the position as Global Executive Director at the Caux Round Table for Moral Capitalism. In this role, he published Moral Capitalism book which is a guide of the Caux Round Table ethical and socially responsible Principles for Business. Young is also a founder and member of the Board of Magni Global Assets, a member of the Executive Committee of the Convention of Independent Financial Advisors in Geneva, and a member of the US Advisory Council to the Papal Fondazione Centemisus Annus. He is an Adjunct Professor in Corporate Social Responsibility at Carlson School of Management - University of Minnesota and Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration - Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
