Herman Mulder
Chair
Mr. Herman Mulder is Co-Founder and Chair of SDG Netherlands, and Co-Founder and Chair of True Price and Impact Economy Foundation. In addition, he currently serves as, inter alia, Advisory Board Member of Social Finance NL, Advisory Board Member of TEEB; and Ambassador of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). Previously, Mulder was, inter alia, an independent member of the Dutch National Contact Point for the OECD MNE Guidelines (2007-2016); Board Member and Chair of the Global Reporting Initiative (2006-2014); and Director-General and Co-Head of Group Risk Management at ABN AMRO Bank (1998-2006). He was mentioned among “the 100 most influential people in finance” by the US Treasury and Risk Magazine (July 2007). He has received recognition as Knight in the Order of Oranje-Nassau (in 2005) and was promoted to Officer in 2017.Schouten is co-host and sustainability expert on the radio program BNR Koplopers. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of ASN Bank, TNO and the VNCI.
Mr. Jan Truijens Martinez currently holds the position of Senior Associate at Stibbe, where he specializes in EU Law, Competition and Regulation, focusing on complex merger control cases. In addition, Jan is part of Stibbe’s Digital Economy Group that analyzes the legal impact of new business model and technological innovations. Besides being an attorney, Truijens Martinez is a producer of the Foyer nights of the National Opera and Ballet that aims at making Opera accessible for a younger audience. He holds a Masters’ in International Law (2012) and Literary Studies (2010) from the University of Amsterdam. And he is an alumnus of the Amsterdam Global Shapers of the World Economic Forum.
Before joining NWB Bank, Lidwin held various (managerial) positions at the Dutch Central Bank. She started her career as a Lecturer/Researcher at the University of Amsterdam at which in 1987 she graduated in Economic Science.

Jolande Sap is currently chair of the Supervisory Board of the University of Amsterdam. She is also member of the Board of the Dutch Emission Authority (NEA), non-executive director at Renewi and supervisory board member at KPN. In addition she is chairing the Smoke free table of the Dutch National Prevention Agreement and the Supervisory Board of the Springtij Forum on Sustainability.
Between 2008 and 2012, Jolande represented the Dutch Green Party, GroenLinks, in the lower house of the Dutch parliament, leading the party from 2010. Before that she worked as an economist in the fields of science, policy and business. She was a.o. head of the Incomes Policy department at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment, and director of the LEEFtijd center of expertise, a consultancy for sustainable employment issues.
In January 2021, Michel was elected Minister of the New Economy by the members of MVO Nederland. He is a sought-after keynote speaker and writer on impact economic, True Pricing. Amongst other things, he has started CSRD ACADEMY, CSRD HUB and CSRD DAY, to accelerate the adoption of European sustainability reporting regulation.
Michel holds various advisory positions in the field of impact measurement and impact valuation, including Advisory Board of the Food Transition Advisory Council of Dutch retailer Albert Heijn, Impact investment find Seven Gen, Ambassador to the honours programme of the MBA of University of Amsterdam, alumni Ambassador to the VU University of Amsterdam. And he is former steering board member of the Netherlands Food Partnership. He holds an MSc in Sociology from VU University Amsterdam, and specialised in social research, agent-based modelling and living wages.
Schouten is co-host and sustainability expert on the radio program BNR Koplopers. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of ASN Bank, TNO and the VNCI.

Jan Peter Balkenende
Balkenende currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board for ING and is a Professor of Governance, Institutions and Internationalization at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Rinnooy Kan also holds / has held various prominent positions including President of the Supervisory Board of EYE Film Institute Netherlands, a crown-appointed member and Chairman of the Social Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER), and a member of the Executive Board of ING.
Additionally, Wijffels has held various prominent positions including Chairman of the Executive Board of Rabobank Nederland, Chairman of the Social Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER), and from 2006 to 2008 he was the Dutch representative at the World Bank. In addition, he is Co-Chairman of Worldconnectors, Chairman and Co-Founder of the Sustainable Finance Lab.
