What does this mean in practice?Â
Nature inclusive mortgages encourage investments such as green roofs and façades, nesting facilities for birds and bats, or water-permeable gardens. These measures not only create space for plants and animals but also improve wellbeing, strengthen climate adaptation, and increase the value of homes and neighbourhoods.Â
